Additional Information
- One-hour minimum charge on all hourly rate work, then in 30-minute intervals. All rates are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
- All rates exclude the cost of materials, parts, parking and Congestion Charge.
- Material collection for non-stock items is kept to a minimum and will not exceed 1 hour of the relevant hourly rate.
- Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice by bank transfer or via credit/debit card payment.
- For larger works, we may take the initial hourly payment or a 50% job deposit when booking an appointment.
- Estimates are generally non-chargeable, but some may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, time, and location.
- Commercial Boiler Services & Gas Safety Certificates are charged at the Commercial Heating & Gas hourly rate.
- Materials supplied are charged at trade price plus a mark up of up to 25% and are subject to VAT.
